[00]About

Why this exists.

Inner Navigation was not built to sell you something. It was built because I needed it, and then I wondered if others did too.

[01]The origin story

It started with a question I couldn’t drop.

I trade the markets for a living. Years of watching price action taught me something I spent a long time refusing to say out loud: lunar phases, planetary aspects, and solar activity move charts in ways that aren’t random. Not every day, not on every instrument, but often enough, and cleanly enough, that at some point you stop looking away.

If these cycles move the collective behavior of millions of traders — which is what a chart ultimately is — do they move me?

My sleep, my clarity, my willpower, my mood? And if they do, by how much, and when, and could I learn to work with them rather than against them?

I couldn’t find an app that would actually show me. I found mood trackers. I found astrology apps. I found biohacking dashboards. Nothing that overlaid the inside and the outside on the same timeline, with real data, honestly.

So I built it. For myself first. Then, after a year of using it and noticing patterns I couldn’t unsee, I opened it up.

[02]The deeper thread

Older than science, compatible with it.

The hermetic tradition stated it four words at a time: as above, so below. The ancients didn’t mean it as a metaphor. They meant that the structure of the cosmos and the structure of the human being rhyme — that what is moving out there is, in some form, also moving in here.

Modern research has quietly been circling the same territory for decades, under less poetic names: circadian and infradian rhythms, geomagnetic influence on cardiovascular events, barometric pressure effects on mood and pain, the documented effects of lunar phase on sleep architecture.

Inner Navigation sits at that intersection — not to prove one tradition over the other, but to give individuals the tools to test both against their own lived experience. Data, not dogma. Observation, not belief.

[03]Who I am

The person behind this.

I’m Esteban Pedreira. I’m a trader, a writer, and — more than anything — someone who has spent years obsessed with the question of how bodies, cycles, and consciousness interact.

I’m the founder of Manifest Wealth, an ecosystem of tools and writing exploring that intersection from different angles. My book, Body, Cycles & Consciousness, lays out the philosophical and practical framework in depth. Inner Navigation is the instrument — the way to actually measure what the book describes.

I’m not a neuroscientist. I’m not an astrophysicist. I’m someone who took what I knew, what I suspected, and what I could build, and turned it into a tool I use every single day.

The rest of the work — the validation, the peer review, the refinement — is a collective effort, and that’s exactly why the community layer exists.

[04]What I believe, stated plainly

My working assumptions.

So you know where I’m coming from, here are the premises Inner Navigation was built on. You don’t have to share them to find the app useful — but you should know they exist.

  1. [01]

The body is not separate from its environment.

The nervous system is an antenna, not a sealed container. Electromagnetic, gravitational, and light-based signals from the cosmos reach us continuously, and a system as sensitive as the human one is unlikely to be immune.

  2. [02]

    Subjective experience is data.

Mood, energy, willpower, clarity — these are not "soft" variables that need to be replaced by hard ones. They are the primary signal. Logged consistently, over time, they reveal as much as any biomarker.

  3. [03]

    Patterns surface at scale.

What looks like noise in one person's data often resolves into signal when thousands of people log the same day. Citizen science is how the invisible becomes visible.

  4. [04]

    Transparency is non-negotiable.

The methodology is public. The privacy architecture is public. The eventual findings will be open-sourced. This project means nothing if you can't trust it.

[05]What this project is not

A few honest disclaimers.

  • 01
    Not a medical device

Inner Navigation does not diagnose, treat, or predict illness. If you're struggling, talk to a professional.

  • 02
    Not a validated instrument

It is not a validated scientific instrument in the academic sense. The correlations it surfaces are observational, not causal. Interpret them with the same curiosity and skepticism you’d bring to any self-experiment.

  • 03
    Not ad-supported, ever

Your data will never be sold. Your attention will never be rented out to third parties. The optional paid extras — AI analysis and cloud sync — are the only commercial relationship I will ever have with you.

  • 04
    Not finished

This is a project in motion. Features will evolve, the methodology will refine, the community will shape directions I haven't thought of yet. You're early, and that matters.
